La Conner Library Foundation Website

Skagit Marketing was honored to create the engine behind fundraising for the new La Conner Library – La Conner Library Foundation Website.  The new La Conner Library director, Susan Macek, met with me on the deck of my favorite La Conner hang-out Nell Thorn to discuss the project.   As she said so eloquently, there are few places in the La Conner community that touch the lives of so many people as the library. It’s a place of hope, learning, knowledge and progress.

As with so many people, my local library was a special place for me during my youth and continues to be during my adulthood.  I can’t wait to see the new La Conner Library become a reality!

The La Conner  Library Foundation was founded in the fall of 2012. Its mission is to encourage community support for the La Conner Regional Library, its staff and services. The Foundation solicits, manages and disburses individual and corporate gifts and grants for the enhancement of the library’s facilities, materials, programs and services.  A major goal of the Foundation is to secure funds for the construction of a new library in La Conner.  Donate Now!
